Qwerty to azerty keyboard settings?

I have a laptop with azerty keyboard on it and my OS uses qwerty.

How can I change my keyboards setings from qwerty to azerty so I can match the keyboards printed letters to the output letters of my screen?

thank you for your helpQwerty to azerty keyboard settings?Go in to Control Panel

Click on Date, Time, Language %26amp; Regional Options

Then click on Regional and Language Options

Click on the Languages Tab

and click the Details... button

In the installed services section of the settings tab click Add...

Scroll through the keyboards to find the correct keyboard for your country (if your unsure try Germany/German for Azerty I think).

And click Ok

Make the Azerty keyboard the default keyboard in the top selection box, and click on the American keyboard and remove it from the bottom box. Click apply. At this point Windows will tell you that the American keyboard is in use and can't be removed and it will remove it on restart (it doesn't!). Click ok, and then remove the American keyboard again and then click apply (this time the keyboard is removed).
