Help with Keyboard settings?

I want to know how to change my keyboard settings so i can type things like: é, á, ó, ? and ü.



for example: when i push %26quot;a%26quot; i want it to be %26quot;á%26quot; and when i push %26quot;e%26quot; i want it to be %26quot;é%26quot;
