How do I change my keyboard to U.K settings?

The @ on my keyboard has changed places with the %26quot; %26amp; the pound sign does not exist, I've been told this is the U.S settings but don't know how to change it. I'm using win xp, IE7How do I change my keyboard to U.K settings?you will need the original xp disk click start,controll panel.

go to the top left of the screen and switch to classic view,

you will now see a keyboard icon in the display click on this and follow the instructions,
