How can i change my keyboard settings?

I am in UK, and my keyboard is also a UK product but my computer doesnt recognise %26quot;拢%26quot; sign, instead it makes a %26quot;#%26quot; sign, and also number 2 makes the @ sign which shouldnt be like this. How can i change it to its right settings?|||You need to change your lanuage input from Enlish(United State)-US to English(United Kingdom)-United Kingdom.

Go to start menu, control panel and clink on Regional and Language Options to open up.Go to the Languages tab,at the text services and input languages clink the Details button. This will open up the text services and input language menu.Under the setting tab, change the default input language to English(United Kingdom)-United Kingdom. Not the English (UnitedState)-US.After you change it,clink the apply button and clink OK to finish it.
