How do i change my keyboard settings from usa to united kindom???

sorry i don%26#039;t know but wondered what the difference is?|||go to the %26quot;Start%26quot; menu--Control Panel--Date, Time,Language and regional options--regional and language options--now you have a widow with 2 menus, choose languages--click on details and choose your country.|||I%26#039;d like to know too - also for other options

Thanks for asking a great question|||Control Panel.

Double click on %26#039;Keyboard%26#039; or %26#039;Language%26#039;.

Under the %26#039;General Tab%26#039;, select %26quot;English (United Kingdom) as your %26#039;input locale%26#039;.

Under the %26#039;Input Locales%26#039; tab, select add and then choose %26quot;English (United Kingdom) from the list. Now select %26quot;English (United States) and click on %26#039;Remove%26#039;.

Now reboot your system. It will remove the US version and keep the UK version.

On a US keyboard, the 拢(pound) symbol shows up as a #(hash) symbol and the %26quot;(quotes) symbol shows up as an @(at) symbol to name a few.|||You do this in the regional settings. set all the tabs to UK.|||press the start key, then go to the control panel then open up

regional and language options (xp)

then just select the language or layout from there|||go into control panel, then regional settings
