Keyboard Problems, plese help?

Hi, I think the keyboard settings have been changed on my computer and dont know how to revert them back. For example, I have to push ALT 64 to get the @ sign, rather than using CTRL and @. They are very cheap. There are ways of recalibrating the keyboard from the computer but this is hard and depends on your operating system.

change top address bar to English UK

bottom to English

click 3 rd tab (advanced)

change address bar to English

tick bottom box (apply all setting to the currant user account and to the default user profile)

this will put them right
