My boyfriend gave me his old Laptop because my computer blew up, the only problem is, is he is Icelandic and I can only speak and read english. The keyboard isn麓t the way I would expect it to be for example when you press shift 2 your supposed to get the funny at symbol instead i get this %26quot; how can i fix this problem can someone help me please|||This is actually a Text Services and Language Option from the Control Panel
Click Start
Click Control Panel
goto Regional Language Options
Click the Languages tab
Click the Details Button
On this settings box is where you will find the English(US) settings to enable. Change the settings to English (US)
