How do you change keyboard settings from english to french?

Control Panel -%26gt; Regional and Language Options -%26gt; Keyboard Languages or something like that. Add french and after that you should be able to switch through English and French by pressing Alt+Shift.|||Start %26gt; Settings %26gt; Control Panel...





You open the Keyboard option and see what settings you have.
