A colleague is having trouble with his keyboard.
I have checked the Regional Settings and they state English - UK. This is the same on the little icon on the bottom of the tool bar.
However, when inputting information for example, '拢'is a '#'.
Do you why this layout has changed and how to switch it back?

On the languages tab, click Details,
Click on, English, United Kingdom. Make sure this appears in the bar at the top.
